Christmas Eve Dinner and Christmas Brunch at Jill’s Restaurant and Bistro

 

Make plans to head to the St Julien on Christmas Eve or Christmas day, where Jill’s Restaurant and Bistro is offering two special menus. The candlelight dinner, held on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, features prime rib, turkey breast, mushroom bucatini and other yummy dishes.

Feast of the Seven Fishes — Jax Fish House & Oyster Bar

 

Celebrate this traditional Southern Italian meal on Christmas Eve at Jax, where you’ll feast on frutti di mare, clam and white beans,
grilled little gems and chicory, striped bass en papillote and panna cotta for $85 per person. Reservations are recommended.

 

Christmas Eve at The Greenbriar Inn

 

The Greenbriar is beautiful all year round, but at Christmas, it really shines. As such, it’s the perfect place to indulge on Christmas Eve. The Greenbriar’s dinner buffet has seatings from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. and is $75 per adult, $35 for kids age 3 to 12. There are so many delicious dishes on the menu you won’t know where to begin — lobster bisque, roast lamb leg, roast duck, prime rib and cherry ganache chocolate tart, just to name a few.

Pre-order Christmas dinner from West End Tavern

 

West End wants to make your life a little easier this Christmas by offering house-cured and smoked holiday hams (complete with a sticky honey glaze), house-made eggnog, hand-crafted fudge and peppermint bark and canned cocktails.

 

Pre-order your goodies by 5 p.m. Dec. 18 for pickup on Dec. 23.

 

Christmas Day at Hotel Boulderado

 

Wander through the Hotel Boulderado‘s lobby and enjoy the gorgeous 28-foot Christmas tree. Then, after you’ve worked up an appetite ogling at the holiday display, enjoy brunch or dinner at Spruce Farm & Fish and The Corner Bar and (the Hotel Boulderado’s Mezzanine buffet is already sold out, unfortunately). Feliz Navidad with Centro Mexican Kitchen

 

Stop into Centro on Dec. 24 or Dec. 26 for delicious Mexican-inspired holiday specials, including seafood chile relleno, grilled bone-in pork chop, a white Christmas margarita, a mistletoe margarita and spiked hot chocolates and other winter warmers. Reservations are recommended.

 

Christmas Eve or Christmas Day at Frank’s Chophouse

 

Frank’s Chophouse is going big for the holidays, with dinner on both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. The menu includes dishes like cocoa and chili-rubbed prime rib, beef wellington and special drinks like the “He Sees You When You’re Drinking,” made with cranberry liquor, gin, ginger cordial, cranberry juice and ginger ale. Reservations are recommended.

 

Christmas Eve at The Post Chicken & Beer

 

Family coming into town? Gather the whole crew and head to The Post for Christmas Eve, with specials that are sure to please a crowd: fried chicken and sparkling wine! Other specials include warm crab dip, beer-steamed mussels and chicken-fried duck à l’orange. Reservations are recommended.
