Looking for a happy hour deal? Here are a few of Boulder’s happy hour highlights for the spring of 2019 (subject to change; rates based on date of publication). This is not the complete list of happy hours in Boulder, but it’s a great place to start.
BEST HAPPY HOUR FOR FOODIES

Corrida
The only way to beat Corrida’s food with its splendid view is Corrida’s food with a view during happy hour. Every day between 4 and 5:30 p.m., you can get tapas starting at just $4. Beer on tap’s just $4, too. Ask about $10 sherry flights to start the night right.
Japango
Inexpensive sushi and sashimi make Japango’s happy hour a Boulder favorite. Plus, happy hour here is super long: 11 a.m.-6 p.m. every day and again 10 p.m.-midnight Friday and Saturday. The discount: Depending on the time of day, you can get the likes of $3 hand rolls, discounted nigiri and sashimi, bar menu items from $3 to $5 or $2 off special rolls. The best way to do lunch is with its daily $10 featured bento box. Sake, wine, wells, cocktails, sangria and Sapporo Draft are also marked down.
Pizzeria Locale
Have an early dinner at one of Boulder’s best pizza joints with a pizza under $10 and other snacks under $4. Drink deals add to the happy hour, every day from 3:30-5:30 p.m.
River and Woods
Small plates start as low as $2 here, every Tuesday-Friday from 4-6 p.m. Drink deals are pretty good, too.
UNIQUE HAPPY HOURS
Amante Coffee
If you love coffee, this happy hour is for you. Every day from 3 to 6 p.m., you can try a unique $5 coffee cocktails. Amante has other specials, too.
West Flanders Brewing Company
Get happy hour deals any time temps drop below 20 degrees (which can absolutely still happen in the spring). Otherwise, happy hour will run 3-6 p.m. weekdays, and the deals are solid. Small plates start at $3. Beer and wine are just $4.
Hapa
If you want to indulge on Asian food and drink on a budget, try Hapa 2:30-5:30 p.m. Monday-Saturday and again for a late-night happy hour 10 p.m.-midnight Thursday-Saturday. You’ll find deals on hot sake ($5.50), fresh fruit-infused sake ($7), sake cocktails ($5.50), sake bombs ($9) and a sake drop ($11). There’s also food, beer, wine and cocktail deals if sake isn’t your thing.
BUDGET HAPPY HOURS

The Attic Bar and Bistro
It’s hard to beat $4 well cocktails, drafts, wines and Fat Alberts during The Attic’s happy hour, 3-6 p.m. Monday-Saturday and 9 p.m.-close Sunday. Get appetizers under $7 to round out one of our favorite warm-weather bar deals.
Pearl Street Pub and Cellar
So many good deals here. From 4-7 p.m. every day, get $2.50 Bud drafts, $2 for six wings, $2.75 sliders, $3 microbrew drafts and $3.25 well cocktails. Not many happy hours go that late into the dinner hour, too.
Press Play
Food and drink happy hours make a total win here every day from 4-7 p.m. Get a cheese pizza for $6 or a two-topping pizza for $8. Wash it down with $3 wells, wine and beers. Fancy it up for 50 cents more if you want an import beer.
CHEAPEST MARGS
Illegal Pete’s
Illegal Pete’s always has the best marg deals during happy hour, daily 3-8 p.m. and late night 11 p.m.-1 a.m. Thursday-Saturday. Get $4 margaritas (plus cheap beer and cocktails). Bonus: free chips and salsa with your drink.
T/ACO
House margs here are just $4.50 every day from 2-6 p.m. and all day and night on Sunday. (We gotta mention the $2.50 street tacos, too.) Upgrade your marg to a Juicy Marg for two bucks more.
BEER
Boulder Chophouse
You might not expect some of Boulder’s best beer specials to come from a high-end steakhouse, but here we are. Daily 4-6 p.m. you can get $3 beers at the Chophouse (plus other food and drink deals).
Centro Mexican Kitchen
Beer starts at $3 during Centro’s long happy hours: all day Monday and 2-6 p.m. Tuesday-Sunday. Don’t miss other drink and food specials, too.
Foolish Craig’s
So many beer deals here. Weekdays from 3-6 p.m. plus Sundays 5 p.m. to close, you can score $3 Coors Light cans; draft beer starting at $3.50; import and micro bottles for $3.50; and other food and drank specials.
Illegal Pete’s
Illegal Pete’s $2.50 Coors Lights are about as cheap as it gets (plus $3.50 select craft beers). Happy hour runs 3-8 p.m. daily and again 11 p.m.-1 a.m. Thursday-Saturday.
Sherpa’s
Sit outside in Sherpa’s great patio and sip a $3 beer during happy hour every day from 5-7 p.m.
WINE

Pasta Jay’s
Follow the scent of garlic to Pasta Jay’s for great house wine deals (just $4) during happy hour all day Monday and Tuesday and 3-6 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday. Other appetizers, beer and cocktails also discounted.
