WILD HEART DANCE AND THE NOMAD PLAYHOUSE PRESENT:
The Gift
Wild Heart Dance and The Nomad Playhouse present The Gift, an evening of dance supporting and celebrating Wild Heart entering its 11th season of dance.
As part of The Gift, the audience will experience excerpts from past works as well as a preview of Wild Heart’s newest creation set to Tchaikovsky’s 6th Symphony which will premiere at the Nomad Playhouse in April 2024. Before and after the performance, we hope you will join us for a reception to celebrate the opening of Wild Heart’s 11th season. As you mingle, drinks are available for purchase, along with various ways to support Wild Heart’s work. The reception is partially sponsored by Cheese Importers, Longmont’s family-run specialty shop.
Wild Heart uses dance, music, and physical transformation as the sole vehicle for performance. The dancers’ varied experiences and backgrounds are rooted in a passion for and love of dance. For intangible beauty and unspoken truths, Wild Heart remains true to the source: that our bodies when danced and our spirits when broken open can transform our world.
The Nomad Playhouse is a beloved venue where artists and audiences have come together to explore ideas through art for over 65 years. They are committed to revitalizing the Nomad’s legacy of community engagement by providing high-caliber performances and cultural offerings.
