This is an interactive, hands-on class. Join Julia Lyons for an in-depth experience designed to empower you to be able to use smudging for various purposes. We will meet different herbal allies, learn how to work in right relationship with the plants and fire, and practice smudging on yourself, others and a room/space! This class is taught in the oral tradition. If you are a note taker, please bring your own materials. Students will take home a sample of locally harvested herbs for smudging.
