Taylor Anastasio & Dayshaper @ The Laughing Goat

Born in California and raised in Colorado, Taylor Anastasio is a well-versed performer who always brings a surprising variety of genres and styles to the table. After spending nearly two years playing numerous venues and events across the state, both as a standalone act and as a supporting guitarist to Folk artist Cara Elizabeth, he currently stands as the front man for alt/indie rock group, Dayshaper. He now tours primarily as a supporting act for his band, bringing the sound of acoustic rock, pop, blues and more to his audiences.

Dayshaper is an alternative/indie rock outfit based out of Boulder, CO and surrounding areas. Formed in late 2019 and fronted by local solo talent, Taylor Anastasio, they combine ambient & atmospheric melodies with tight, energetic rock rhythms to create a unique blend of sound and emotion. Dayshaper offers a different and refreshing take on the modern rock genre while simultaneously giving an ever-familiar callback to the ’90s and ’00s alternative scene.
