Sofie Engstrom von Alten will speak about and sign her new book, “Dino Does Yoga,” on Wednesday, October 30th at *5:30pm*.

About the Book:
Newly hatched T-rex Baby Dino wants to explore his world. Taking his cues from the prehistoric landscape around him — a mountain, a pool, a swaying palm, dragonflies, and pterodactyls — he moves through fourteen easy-to-do yoga poses until deciding it’s time for a rest in Relaxation Pose. Beautifully illustrated and inspired by the natural world, “Dino Does Yoga” introduces children ages three to seven to the fun, calming effects of yoga with a simple, fifteen-pose sequence for kids who love dinosaurs.

This is a FREE children’s event, open to everybody!
