“Two Guitars for a Cool Yule” Skanson & Hansen’s Kick off the “season to be merry” with an evening of acoustic guitar music for the ears, a slideshow full of surprises for the eyes, and the ‘ever-upbeat-banter’ for the heart. From traditional Christmas carols to pop & rock holiday tunes, Darren & Gregg re-invent the seasonal classics in their unique“ double fingerstyle” instrumental guitar arrangements.
The lads easily flow from their Spanish flavored “Mary, did you know?” to a very funky “Drummer Boy” to a strictly classical “Hark, the Herald Angels Sing”. You’ll laugh! You’ll cry! You’ll bring in the season with a smile on your face! (This performance became so popular we added a second show last year.)
