Based in Boulder, Jason Murray & The Hot Chocolate Band recently formed to do shows in support of Jason’s newly released first solo album “Invisible Warmth.” The Hot Chocolate Band consists of Robert Rowe (violin), Meredith Wilder (harmony vocals), Guatevoe (percussion), and Michael Santulli (bass). Jason Murray sings and plays guitar, with songwriting influenced by a wide variety of styles, including jazz, folk, soul, classical, and rock. The songs reflect a love for setting lyrics to adventurous harmonies and melodies to create emotional landscapes, with the band bringing vibrant, expressive textures to the songs.
