easy-to-follow choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion,
flexibility, and coordination. If you can match in place, you can enjoy
Zumba®! If you can clap, you can dance LaBlast® Fitness! Come ready to
sweat and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong! Absolutely no
dance background is required. No prior experience is necessary.

calm and Zumba” Hello! I’m Lidia, and I live in Boulder. I absolutely
love teaching all Zumba classes. The reason is simple: Every class is a
dance party! I am currently licensed to teach Zumba®, Zumba Gold®,
