GOLDEN APRON COOKING CLASS: HANDMADE MACARONI NOODLES

If you’ve always wanted to make pasta from scratch but don’t know where to start, this is the class for you. Chef Syd will show you how to make homemade macaroni noodles that you can easily recreate on your own.

You will be crafting a Sicilian-style noodle made with just flour, salt, eggs and oil. Serve some of it with a homemade tomato sauce, and take the rest away with you to cook at home.

Our cooking classes are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
