How do we do business that honors our faith and work? The DEALMAKERS series seeks to answer this question, revealing entrepreneurs who define success as something well beyond the bottom line. Pete had a crazy idea. What would happen if we put a manufacturing business inside a maximum security prison, pay employees fair market wages, and help them find their purpose? What started out as a crazy idea turned into reform, relationships, profit and ultimately transformed lives. After each screening will be a panel discussion and Q&A with the filmmaker TC Johnstone and cast members Pete Ochs and Luis Gutierrez, moderated by Jeff Haanen of Denver Institute for Faith and Work.
