Join us for a cooking class at Food Lab! Some fun dishes that you may or may not have had before, but will be sure to have again!

Empanadas: Little pockets of dough stuffed with beef and vegetables
Humita: Savory steamed fresh corn cakes made from a mixture of freshly ground corn, onion, garlic, cheese, eggs, and cream, placed inside corn husks and steamed
Ensalada de Palmetto: Salad of hearts of palm with a lime dressing
Chimmichurri: Traditional Argentinian parsley, oil and vinegar based condiment. and herbed sauce
