Cal in Red is an indie rock project started by brothers Connor and Kendall Wright in November 2018. It’s characterized by 70s drums, 80s synths, and fuzzed out guitars with dreamy melodies always at the forefront, highlighted by Kendall’s delicate falsetto. Their first single ‘Dang’ is a sleepy, summer odyssey that meanders through heartbreak whereas ‘Down’ lends a more driving, aggressive tone on the matter.
