Miracle at The Eddy in Golden
Venture down Highway 93 to Golden for Miracle at The Eddy, a festive holiday pop-up bar taking place at The Eddy Hotel & Taproom. Nestled inside the new hotel’s cozy Prospect Room, the experience includes kitschy holiday décor in the style of a retro ski lounge and sumptuous cocktails, all set against the backdrop of a roaring fireplace. You can also reserve a snow globe on the lawn for extra holiday magic. Miracle at The Eddy runs now through Dec. 30.
SNOWDRIFT in Denver

What do you get when you combine boozy tiki drinks with glittery, holiday fun? SNOWDRIFT, a month-long pop-up at Adrift Tiki Bar in Denver, that’s what. From now through Dec. 31, the “Beach on Broadway” has transformed into a winery paradise, complete with holiday totem, snowy palms and blowfish wearing Santa hats. The bar is hosting a variety of theme events, including an ugly water contest, a drag show and movie nights. Sip on cocktails like the Midnight Nog, a piña colada twist on classic eggnog that includes pineapple and dark rums, coconut cream, cinnamon and Falernum.
Miracle on Main Street in Louisville
Bittersweet Cafe and Switch Pop Up Bar, 836 Main Street, are transforming into a winter wonderland for this year’s Miracle on Main Street in Louisville. From now to Dec. 24, join in the merriment with over-the-top decorations, delicious cocktails and fun vibes at this family-friendly experience, which includes a photo stop area and dedicated space for kids to make gingerbread houses just for them!
Reservations are $5, but the bar is donating 100 percent of these fees to the Louisville Rising Marshall Fire Fund, which supports those who were displaced by the Marshall Fire.
Sleigh Bar in Denver
A cheery holiday pop-up called Sleigh Bar is taking over Denver’s Milepost Zero for the month of December. Enjoy holiday-themed events—like Santa visits, drag shows, movie showings, karaoke and trivia—as well as floor-to-ceiling decor and creative cocktails at this pop-up, which is part of Denver’s new McGregor Square development. Choose between hot or cold cocktails like the Mrs. Claus’ Martini, made with vodka, peppermint bark rumchata, coffee liqueur, cacao liqueur and a peppermint dust rim (cold), or the Sweater Weather, made with vanilla Canadian whisky, apple cider, a caramel rim and a caramel apple pop (warm).
Miracle on 7 in Estes Park
Cousin Pat’s Pub & Grill, 451 S. Saint Vrain Ave., is now Miracle on 7, a peppy Christmas pop-up bar complete with joyous drinks and colorful decorations. This pop-up bar runs through Dec. 31.
Big Holiday Energy in Denver
Just in time for the holidays, Denver’s Call to Arms Brewing Company, 4526 Tennyson St., has become Big Holiday Energy, a Christmas-y pop-up that features a faux fireplace, a Hanukkah showroom and upside-down Christmas trees hanging from the ceiling. Every inch of the brewery is covered in stockings, gift wrap, tinsel and more, so you can really get into the holiday spirit while sipping delicious craft beers. The brewery is also hosting an array of events, from a stocking raffle to a postcard drive to a drag performance.
