Boulder Thanksgiving 2022: Where to Celebrate




Whether you just need a break from cooking or you’re looking to start a new family tradition, consider letting the talented professionals working in Boulder County’s many delicious restaurants do the hard work for you this year.


Below, a few of the most delicious Thanksgiving offerings you can enjoy around town this year.


The Kitchen


Whether you feel like getting your Thanksgiving dinner to go or dining in, The Kitchen has you covered. For either option, The Kitchen is offering a scrumptious menu brimming with dishes that are sure to get you in the holiday spirit. Start with a welcome board featuring whipped butter, honey, honeycomb, apple, gremolata and cornbread before moving on to a harvest salad or fire-roasted butternut squash bisque. For your entree, choose between roasted turkey or red kuri squash. Sides include parker house rolls, braised greens, roasted sweet potatoes, seared Brussels sprouts and more.


Jill’s Restaurant and Bistro

Dress up and head over to the St Julien for a Thanksgiving meal in style. Jill’s Restaurant and Bistro is offering a Thanksgiving brunch from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., as well as a Thanksgiving prix fixe menu from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. In addition, there’s also a “Grand Thanksgiving Brunch” in the hotel’s Xanadu ballroom from 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. You’ve got lots of options!

Boulder Cork


Boulder Cork is pulling out all the stops for its Thanksgiving menu, which features decadent dishes like Maine lobster ravioli, baked glazed ham, roast sliced turkey, prime rib, sea scallops and more. And don’t forget dessert: Save room for a slice of pumpkin or pecan pie, or go a less traditional route with mud pie or New York cheesecake. You can dine in from noon to 7 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day at Boulder Cork.

Native Foods


Don’t feel like cooking for yourself? Pre-order a Thanksgiving feast and all the fixings from Native Foods, complete with a plant-based Wellington, green bean casserole, stuffing, gravy, potatoes and more. These delicious dishes are available for pickup or delivery on Nov. 23.

The Greenbriar Inn

Not only is The Greenbriar Inn beautiful around the holidays, but it’s also delicious. Enjoy fan favorites like shrimp cocktail, roast turkey, prime rib, cedar plank-roasted salmon, stuffing and more on Thanksgiving Day at the Greenbriar.

Hotel Boulderado


A timeless classic, the Hotel Boulderado’s traditional Thanksgiving buffet is one of the most delicious ways to celebrate the holiday. Chow down on pork loin stuffed with chorizo and monterey jack cheeses, then smothered in chimichurri sauce, or go for the more traditional whole-roasted turkey. There’s also seared salmon, garlic pepper roasted beef tenderloin and red bean risotto cakes on the menu, plus iconic sides like green bean casserole and roasted sweet potatoes.

Centro Mexican Kitchen


If you could use a break from the traditional turkey dinner, give the friendly folks at Centro Mexican Kitchen a call. You can pre-order an incredibly takeaway meal that includes a flavorful green chili pork roast, roasted carrots, poblano rice, tortillas and heirloom potatoes. The four-pound roast can feed four to six people. Go ahead: Grab a few crowlers of margaritas to make Thanksgiving even more fun.
